    I love you too broad bean, and I too hate the double peeling! I actually left the skin on a couple of tiny ones this week, thinking it wouldn't make a difference. But it did, bleargh.

    I thought using frozen broad beans would be easier, but you still need to peel them. I don't mind, though, as long as the juice doesn't squirt in your eye ;(

    we use these fava beans a lot in lebanese cooking and sometimes I dont bother with double peeling!

    Hehe the boy bought broad beans because he wanted to try them, after having to peel them twice we thought… screw that there's other vegetables to be tried! =D
