From one who gets to eat this regularly - it looks good! You might want to try finely chopping up the laksa leaves so that its flavour is more pervasive in the soup. You can also use boiled quail's eggs, cut up the noodles to shorter lengths and slurp it all down using only a spoon!

My first laksa was in Malacca, on one of my first afternoons in Malaysia. We'd been walking around, doing the tourist things, and photographing the amazing architecture of the city since early morning. When we finally settled in to a cafe for lunch, we were hot and tired.
