Gosh, chị Anh, i have just tried a lemon melting moment of the book "modern baking", it's horrible, they have the flour proportion is quite similar to yours, but add 2 more eggs. The cookies are disaster, it should be called stupid melting ugly cookies! ;( I am freaking mad, should we trust the American cooking book nowadays?? this is not the first time i have found bad recipe! ;((

I made these cookies today and they taste and look fantastic. I added a few extra drops of yellow food color in the icing to give it a color kick.
