If I made this, I have a feeling I would find myself just eating spoonfulls of the mushroom gratin. I love a big slab of steak (okay by "big" I mean a petit filet), but I would be so busy eating the topping, I might not have room left it:)<BR/>Looks really fabulous.

this is why i on the other side love living in the city, that you can just go to a butcher shop and buy a great fresh fillet of beef. here on the countryside, we have to buy fresh ones or frozen ones and throw them in the deep freezer, just in case it would be storm then we'll have some in store. well, Anh, i'd love to visit you some day i'm traveling to OZ and taste your fresh bought beef! oh
