Hi Anh, I came across a while ago when searching for Vietnamese bloggers in Sydney (and there are not many out there). I really enjoy your blog and your photos are amazing.<br /><br />I&#39;m a huge fan of Poh&#39;s kitchen and I&#39;m glad to have found another fan. I recently tried her chiffon cake but made pandan flavour instead. Unfortunately i forgot to add oil and it was not fluffy enough.

Right now I wish I lived in Austrailia so I would watch this show!! <br /><br />Orange blossom water transforms anything into a magical dessert. I agree about the croissants. Although we learned how to make them at culinary school, I really can&#39;t deal with the stress of making them in my always 98 degrees shoebox nyc kitchen. Hey Anh! I really enjoyed Poh&#39;s show as well. I wanted Poh to win because I knew she would go much further than Julie but oh well..
